Shipping Information

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 3-7 business days.

Personalized, custom-made, and print-on-demand items may require additional processing time. Estimated production times will be noted on the product page when applicable.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.


Shipping Methods

We currently ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Available shipping options may include:

  • USPS Ground Advantage
  • USPS Priority Mail

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.


Free Local Delivery

We are pleased to offer free local delivery within 5 miles of ZIP code 80130.

Eligible customers will see the local delivery option at checkout when their address falls within the delivery area.

Delivery timing may vary based on order volume and scheduling availability. We will contact you if additional coordination is needed.


Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear within the USPS system.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and a package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Color Variations

We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible.

However, actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, screen displays, lighting conditions, and the printing process.


Returns & Exchanges

Personalized & Custom Items

Due to the personalized nature of our products, customized and personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item contains a production error
  • The item differs from the approved order details

Please carefully review all personalization information before placing your order.


Apparel Sizing

Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Many of our apparel items are produced specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we cannot guarantee size exchanges or accept returns due to incorrect size selection.

If you are unsure about sizing, we recommend comparing the measurements provided in the size chart to a favorite shirt you already own before ordering.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we will be happy to make it right.


Non-Personalized Items

Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • Unworn
  • In original condition
  • Returned in original packaging when possible

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We want you to love your purchase!

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We will work promptly to provide a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund when appropriate.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to USPS, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us through our Contact Us page and we will do our best to assist you in locating the shipment and filing any necessary claims.
